In addition to purchased ad space, each advertiser will have their company name placed on the Bay Area Rally Website until the next year’s rally promotions begin. Each advertiser will receive a Bay Area Rally - Rider Friendly Poster to display on their storefront. Advertisers will be promoted during rally events. Every advertiser will be granted the right to use the Bay Area Rally Logo in their company’s advertising and promotional materials preceding and during rally events.

Terms
• A signed agreement and payment in full is required to reserve space for any of the advertisement opportunities listed above for the 2008 Bay Area Rally. • All ads are full-color. The ad term is for the single annual issue of any program, map or entertainment guide for the 2008 Bay Area Rally. • The advertiser is solely responsible for submitting usable ad materials according to specifications by the printed deadline. If said materials are not received by deadline, the publisher is not obligated to run the ad or offer a refund to the advertiser. • It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that proper permission/copyrights are in place for the use of all materials submitted for the 2008 Bay Area Rally. • The advertiser understands that a signed contract immediately reserves specified ad space in the 2008 Bay Area Rally and cancellation of said space cannot therefore be accepted. • Ad proofs requested by the advertising client will be submitted electronically and must be returned to the publisher within three (3) days marked either as ‘okay’ or ‘okay, with changes.’ If the advertiser does not return the proof within the above specified time period, the publisher reserves the right to run the ad as it appeared in the proof. • A facsimile copy of this agreement will serve as an original and should be considered binding by both the publisher and the advertiser.
