The Bay Area Rally is pleased to announce the 1st Annual Outlaw Music Festival on April 12, 2008. The festival will be held in conjunction with the Bay Area Rally and Yuri's Night. Performances will begin at Noon and continue until 10 p.m.. Boeing is the proud sponsor of Yuri's Night and presents Grammy nominated Texas Legend Billy Joe Shaver.
